In an effort to ensure that our patients receive the best care appropriate to their needs, it is necessary for us to provide criteria for admission.
The FWC Hospice has it’s very own, beautiful vegetable and herb garden.
For family members to move into in order to spend remaining days with patients.
Our outside lounge and patio are for our patients to relax and enjoy in warm weather.
Our hospice has 4 -5 beds per room with a bathroom and shower.
Equipped with a television, magazines, board games and comfortable lounges.
We offer an on site laundry service for all our patients staying at FWC Hospice.
